Service with a smile checking in. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Slight smell in the room but easily corrected. We got there late at around 10pm and it was full but quiet. They have the best coffee in the lobby I’ve ever had at a hotel. Free hot breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was very clean. It had a nice sized refrigerator and a freezer. I was able to cool multiple meals and ice packs. We are driving across the country so this was great. There was also a good microwave and nice reading light (which meant one person could sleep while the other read). The air conditioner worked well which was also appreciated. It had a nice free breakfast and a pool. The only downside is there wasn't an elevator. For the price I was impressed.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great pillows. Quiet and safe location. Great value for the price . Not the most luxurious but very comfortable and clean
My daughter and her husband came down for Thanksgiving, it was so easy for me to book a room for them and they were both very happy with the room. It was clean, had a fridge for their drinks and they thought it was comfortable. I really like the fact when I booked the room I could pay with cash for the deposit, so I could get it right back when they checked out. I was happy, most importantly my daughter was happy.
We’ve stayed here several times on our travels. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is updated and clean. Easy on and off the highway. Breakfast isn’t any worse than any other hotel/motel. Perfect for our needs
Stayed because of the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Great place to stop for a night. Room was clean and quiet. Gentleman at the desk on Christmas Eve was delightful. Overall pleasant start and would stay again. Small, reasonable pet fee unlike other hotels.
I was in Verona for a concert. They worked things out so I could check in early and change shoes; this was delightful since I got out on 11 before the traffic became a parking lot due to an accident. The room was clean, the shower hot, and the WiFi was good. The breakfast was good (but not great--so don't get high expectations). The property was quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful with my numerous questions and one request.
We found this looking for a place to stay for Parents Weekend at a local college. We were happy with our experience. The room was very clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Staff extremely appreciative of us coming. The price was very good. Only thing that would probably turn off people is the outward appearance but I can tell they are working diligently at improving the grounds. Lots of restaurants nearby but they offer a decent breakfast there. Family will stay here again
